I'm Helena Rincon Toscano. As a wife, mom, and female business entrepreneur, I bring over 20 years of experience in the romance industry as a destination wedding specialist. Leading ventures like Los Sueños, Oro Eventos, and Amo México, I've made my mark as the North America Director of the Destination Wedding Specialist Association.
Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of advising the Mexican government on the romance sector and coaching professionals in different areas. Founding the Destination Wedding Specialist Association has been a career highlight, empowering others and shaping the evolution of the romance industry globally.
My passion for educating and mentoring new talents is reflected in my over a decade of experience as an trainer. I've shared my extensive knowledge as a speaker at prestigious events hosted by entities like SECTUR, Tourism Ireland and Tianguis Turístico, as well as international associations like BSPi, ABC, AFWPI, and ABERD. Additionally, I've created specialized courses for renowned universities including Anahuac, La Salle, WBWW and the Destination Weddings Specialist Institute.
My academic background includes a degree in civil engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana, along with certifications from prestigious institutions like Harvard, the Destination Wedding Specialist Institute, La Salle and Cornell. These credentials enhance my expertise as an experienced business coach.
